As of August 2nd I’ve officially been breastfeeding for a year. It’s been very hard work because I mostly pump. But that’s my first goal down. Next goal is to continue for another year+. As long as he is wanting to I will continue. My 1 year anniversary also feel on the world breastfeeding week. Did you know it is perfectly natural, healthy, and normal to breast feed toddlers!! There are SO many immune & emotional benefits. Breast milk has many components that can’t be mimicked.
